Ginny Carr Named Finalist in Songwriting Contest

UVJQ’s own Ginny Carr was named as a Grand Prize winner finalist for the 2015 Bernard/Ebb Songwriting Contest, with the award to be given at a concert of finalists on March 6, 2015, at Bethesda Blues and Jazz Club in Bethesda, Maryland.
